Shipping Policy
| • Orders placed before 4pm are prepared the same day and dispatched by us the next working day, barring unforeseen circumstances. Delivery usually takes place within 1-3 working days in Attica and within 1-4 working days in the rest of Greece, upon consultation. All products are shipped throughout Athens with Elta Courier, in the rest of Greece with Elta Courier, and in Cyprus, EU, USA, Canada and Asia with Fedex/TNT. |

– ΔΩΡΕΑΝ Αποστολή για αγορές από 35,00€ και έως 3 κιλά και άνω για Αττική & όλη την υπόλοιπη Ελλάδα. Σε περίπτωση υπέρβασης των 3kg, το κάθε επιπλέον κιλό χρεώνεται 1,00 €. Σε περίπτωση αντικαταβολής, ισχύει χρέωση της τάξης των 2,00 €. Για παραγγελίες εντός Αθηνών, και με ποσό παραγγελίας άνω των 35,00 € και πάνω από 3 κιλά, τα μεταφορικά είναι 1 ευρώ για κάθε επιπλέον κιλό. – Έξοδα Αποστολής Αττική: το κόστος αποστολής είναι 4€ για την αποστολή προϊόντων έως 3kg. Για κάθε επιπλέον κιλό υπάρχει χρέωση 1,00€. Παράδοση σε 1-3 εργάσιμες μέρες. Στην περίπτωση αντικαταβολής, υπάρχει χρέωση 2,00 €. – Έξοδα Αποστολής Υπόλοιπη Ελλάδα: το κόστος αποστολής είναι 4€ μέχρι βάρος 3kg. Για κάθε επιπλέον κιλό υπάρχει χρέωση 1,00 € Στην περίπτωση αντικαταβολής, υπάρχει χρέωση της τάξης των 2,00 €. Παράδοση σε 1-4 εργάσιμες μέρες. *Τα προϊόντα που διατίθενται με την ένδειξη “Διαθέσιμο κατόπιν παραγγελίας” χρειάζονται από 1 έως 5 εργάσιμες ημέρες για να αποσταλούν. Οι πελάτες θα ενημερώνονται τηλεφωνικά ή με email για την ακριβή ημερομηνία αποστολής. Για αποστολές σε δυσπρόσιτες περιοχές όπως ορίζονται από την εταιρεία ταχυμεταφορών, δεν υπάρχει η δυνατότητα πληρωμής με αντικαταβολή. |

Shipments are made with the Economy Express service of the company FEDEX/TNT and the delivery time varies depending on the place of delivery. – Shipping costs are €13 per 3kg. For each additional kilo there is a fee of €0.50. – For the faster EXPRESS shipping option, please contact us to inform you of any additional fees. – For an order of €100 or more and up to 8 kg, shipping is free. |

Returns & Cancellations Policy
Defective Product
| In the event that you receive a defective product, please inform us within 3 days* of the date of receipt of your order so that we can replace it, or refund the amount of money paid for the purchase of the defective product. Shipping costs in the event of a defective product are borne by Bean & Herb. |

Return/Cancellation of Order
| You have the right to cancel your order and return the products you have purchased online or by phone within 14 days from the day of receipt, as long as the products are returned unopened and in their original condition. It is a necessary condition that you notify us by phone or electronically in case you wish to return your order, which must contain the proof of payment. Refunds are made after we have received and checked the products and in any case within 14 working days, in the same way you paid. The cost of returning the products is borne by the customer. |
