Black Pekoe
When making Super Pekoe, when you first add water to the tea leaves you will notice a slightly sweet aroma that quickly fades to a smell reminiscent of green grass on a spring morning with a heavy dew. This tea brews a dark rich amber drink that leans on the lighter side of black tea flavors. Super Pekoe maintains a subtly sweet smell throughout the tea and focuses on the subtler flavors found in the black tea family. We recommend enjoying this tea straight, but if you want to bring out more of the sweetness add a spoonful of milk to your cup.
