Collected from the delicate buds and tender leaves of the Da Bai tea bush favored by the emperors of the 11th century, the leaves are gathered and dried in early spring and then skillfully preserved using age-old techniques. One ultra-delicate tea, beautifully ripe with a slight nutty flavor.
