Honey heather is produced by the Souka family on the slopes of Achaia. Heather is an excellent plant for honey production because it has some unique properties that are good for human health. These properties are naturally also found in honey, which is why in recent years its popularity has skyrocketed and more and more people are looking for it in the market.
