Apricot kernels are the crumbs of the pit of the fruit. Good source of iron, potassium, and phosphorus and one of the best sources of vitamin B17, the so-called amygdalin or letrin. They have been used in Chinese medicine to treat respiratory problems, indigestion, high blood pressure and arthritis. Some research has shown that eating bitter apricot kernels, due to amygdalin, prevents and fights cancer.

Way of use: 2 to 6 cores per day. Do not exceed the daily dosage.
