The word Chun Mee translates into Chinese as "Precious Eyebrow", and is pronounced "Zhen Mei". Chun Mee is classified as a "famous" Chinese green tea, which means that it is extremely popular and respected in China. It is called "Eyebrow Tea", and the words Chun Mee actually means "Precious Brow". The way the leaves are formed for different green teas is complex and involves several steps.
