Vegetable stew 500gr. – Agroyam

Another fine, traditional pasta. Petura are mainly associated with the Greeks of the East. Pontians, Asia Minor and Cappadocians, made this precious pasta every end of summer. Petoura are similar to noodles, but they are wider, and are strongly reminiscent of Italian pappardelle. Agrozymi's vegetable grits, made from excellent durum semolina
wheat, fermented with spinach, beetroot, red pepper and cuttlefish ink. Colorful, happy and delicious. We boil them in a little water, as soon as they are covered, and serve them together with some of their pureed juice. We can even enjoy them plain to feel the deep deliciousness of the excellent raw material.
