It belongs to the large category of oriental pasta, which is boiled in a little, measured water, not drained and served with its juice. It has its roots in Mediterranean courtyards, where women, with infinite patience, hand-moulded the small lumps of dough and boiled them in a little water. Today at Agrozymi we add fresh pasteurized eggs and fresh pasteurized milk and create a pasta with an original look and amazing taste. Our couscous is a product with dozens of uses that easily turns even novice cooks into chefs!
