Program Zaini – The young women of cocoa

The Zaini supports a women's entrepreneurship program in Côte d'Ivoire by setting up a craft factory for local soap production, which has always been built according to an age-old manual technique that uses the waste of cocoa processing. The aim of the project is to ensure that women who grow cocoa have their own financial independence as well as social recognition. The women depicted in the package are part of the UCAS Cooperative, which is involved in the project.
