Vegetable noodles 500gr. – Agroyam

Noodles. A word that carries memories of centuries. The smell of fresh pasta, drying in the summer, on white sheets, at grandma's house. It is perhaps one of the oldest pastas in the Mediterranean basin. In ancient Greece, we know that housewives made "laganon", a round and thin dough made of flour and water, which, after drying, was crushed by hand to create a pasta similar to today's noodles. Agrozymi's vegetable noodles "steal" flavor and colors from spinach, beetroot, red pepper and cuttlefish ink. They create very easy, impressive dishes and are delicious even on their own. Enjoy them with a little raw, extra virgin olive oil, or some fresh butter and freshly ground pepper.
