ACACIA HONEY

Acacia honey is produced by the Souka family on the slopes of Meteora. Its rare harvest and the very small quantities of Greek acacia honey available make it a special food for honey lovers. Its particular characteristic is its thin fluid texture.

It has a high percentage of fructose and an increased fructose/glucose ratio, which is why it stays liquid for a long time. Due to the high percentage of nutrients it contains, it has all the beneficial benefits for the human body.
