In the stomach they turn into a kind of jelly, preventing stomach enzymes from breaking down carbohydrates, beneficial for those with blood sugar problems. They reduce cholesterol, have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, help brain function and are a very good source of Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids.

They are used for high pressure problems, heart disease, diabetes, osteoporosis and cell regeneration during pregnancy.

How to use: Soak 1 tsp. of sweet seeds for half an hour in water. The resulting jelly is consumed before lunch. In severe cases we use 2 tsp. of dessert 1 time a day. We can mix it with cereals, smoothies, sauces, salads. They can replace the egg in cooking and be used to make jelly.
