This authentic white tea of exceptional quality, from the misty peaks of Fujian province of China, is known as the "White Peony". Collected from the delicate buds and tender leaves of the Da Bai tea bush favored by the emperors of the 11th century, the leaves are gathered and dried in early spring and then skillfully preserved using age-old techniques. One ultra-delicate tea, beautifully ripe with a slight nutty flavor.
