A fine variety of organically grown Greek coffee from a Thessaloniki family that has been involved in the production of Greek coffee since 1893. Ideally, we roast the coffee in a copper pot over low heat (1 teaspoon of coffee in 75ml of water). By mixing with passion, the cream is made. This thick foam created by boiling releases the aromas of the coffee and provides a great tasting treat.
Preparation :
Place a pot of water on a low heat, when the water starts to heat up, add a teaspoon full of Greek coffee and the sugar you want (2 teaspoons for sweet, 1 for medium). stir well only at the beginning and then while it cooks , not again – mix!
