Vegetable screws 500gr. – Agroyam

The playful pasta. Culinary history claims that screws were born in Italy, and the inspiration for their shape was the movement of wool around the ardachti. In this playful pasta we decided to add flavors and colors from favorite vegetables. Agrozymi's vegetable screws are fermented with spinach, beetroot, red pepper and cuttlefish ink, and are shaped to hold any type of sauce in an excellent way. They are ideal for salads and buffet meals because they remain unchanged due to their shape
