Nettle tincture comes from steeping the leaves and flowers of the nettle in an alcoholic solution (grapa), for a period of 4-6 weeks. During this, the active ingredients of the above herbs are dissolved in the alcoholic solution resulting in the tincture being created.

The Nettle Tincture (Urtica dioica) comes from the processing of the homonymous and well-known plant. Known since ancient times, Hippocrates had classified the nettle among the "panacea" plants, i.e. those that cure all diseases. It has the same properties as the nettle herb.

In modern herbal medicine, nettle is mainly used to treat acute and chronic nephritis or cystitis. It is considered extremely beneficial for those suffering from jaundice, bile diseases, stomach ulcers, bronchial diseases and chronic diarrhoea.

Nettle contains gallic acid, histamine, caustic formic (formic) acid, chlorophyll, acetylcholine, serotonin, glucoquinones, many minerals (Calcium, Potassium, Manganese), vitamins A, B, C and tannins. Nettles take minerals including iron from the soil and are a good tonic for anemia and rickets. The vitamin C content of the plant ensures the absorption of iron by the body. Extremely effective for detoxification and circulatory-pressure issues!

The tinctures retain all the active ingredients of the herb, are particularly simple to take and completely natural. They are undoubtedly superior to dietary supplements in pill form, as they do not contain chemicals and preservatives and are absorbed much more efficiently by the body.

Herbal tinctures are very potent and should therefore be consumed as directed. The usual dosage is 0.5-1ml (about 10-20 drops per day). They should not be consumed during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
