Cocoa fiber is a product obtained from roasted cocoa pods by cleaning, crushing, powdering and sterilization (hot steam).
The production process is only natural and does not involve any chemical treatment. The product is 100% natural.
The brown color, characteristic taste and aroma of the cocoa powder are preserved. They can be used as an ingredient in bakeries and confectionery as they can replace cocoa powder up to 100% in a ratio of 1:1. Cocoa fiber can be considered an excellent source of mainly insoluble dietary fiber. Cocoa fibers are not absorbed, making them ideal for people following a special Keto diet, dukan, etc.
Usage: they can be used in cakes, cookies, fillings, toppings, breakfast cereals, desserts, ice creams and yogurts.
