Mix for Cocoa Muffin Keto-Friendly NoCarb.

Ideal mix to cook the healthiest, dietary cocoa muffin without carbohydrates.
Method: For 12 muffins or for a 20×33 cm cake stand.
- A bag of muffin mix (150 grams)
- 320 ml of water or milk/vegetable milk
- 30 ml oil (ideally coconut oil)
- 120-130 grams of sweetener (erythritol, stevia)
Add the sweetener, oil and milk to the muffin mix and mix well. Pour the mixture into the pan. Bake for about 25-35 minutes at 180 degrees (in the preheated oven) or until it passes the toothpick test. Baking time varies depending on the oven used (electric/conventional). The result will be a light, fluffy and airy muffin.
