Mao Feng
Mao Feng green tea is one of the most popular Chinese green teas with a history of over 200 years. Green tea is a non-oxidized type of tea made from camellia sinensis tea plant. Not all green teas are the same. The taste, shape, aroma and body of tea will depend on many factors, including the type of tea plants, climate, soil and harvesting and production methods. Not even all Mao Feng teas are the same. The most popular Mao Feng comes from Huang Shan – the Yellow Mountain in Anhui Province and this is called Huang Shan Mao Feng.
