Mao Feng green tea is one of the most popular Chinese green teas with a history of over 200 years. Green tea is a non-oxidized type of tea made from camellia sinensis tea plant. Not even all Mao Feng teas are the same. The most popular Mao Feng comes from Huang Shan – the Yellow Mountain in Anhui Province and this is called Huang Shan Mao Feng.
