Grilled Meat Mix

Amazing mix for grilled meat. It is ideal for pork but also for roast chicken as well as in a handmade gyro.
It is rich in flavors and aromas and consists of a variety of spices and flavored aromatic plants.
How to use: I use the mixture for round on meat, whether pork or chicken to make our own handmade amazing round. We can use a little as a finish for greater flavor intensity, or marinate the meat in the spice mixture for 12 hours.
