Chicken Mix

A mixture of all-purpose poultry spices. Boukovo sweet, coriander, grated mustard, caraway, marjoram, allspice, nutmeg, tomato, basil and many other spices contribute to this delicious blend.
We encourage you to apply it in two layers. Mix a tablespoon of the dried poultry seasoning mixture with a tablespoon of butter and pour under the bird’s skin. Then rub a generous layer of spice mixture on poultry and some good pinches of salt over the top of the skin.
Fill with a little parsley and lemon and bake as usual. The result will be the tastiest chicken you’ve ever eaten. You can also marinate overnight chicken nuggets and breasts with the mixture and bake the next day.
