Caraway Seed

Caraway is a unique spice that has long been used in cooking and as a herbal medicine. It can also be used in savory foods such as meat marinades, curries, cooked, soups, stews, and sauces. In addition, you can try it as a seasoning for roasted vegetables or add it to pickled or fermented foods such as sauerkraut. Alternatively, add the seed of the caraway in hot water to make a relaxing tea.
