BBQ Mix

Roasted paprika, grated tomato, garlic, onion, sweet boukovo, cumin, coriander and a few other surprises make up this BBQ spice mix.
Use it directly before baking, but a good rub of this spice for barbecue in the meat the night before will ensure a tastier finished product. We all have our own ways of using this BBQ spice powder.
You can sprinkle it on roasted corn. It goes fantastic in pot legumes. Combined with a little habanero powder gives us a very strong mixture for the very brave. Really, though, there’s no wrong way to use this lovely barbecue spice mix.
