The playful pasta. The history of gastronomy claims that fusilli were born in Italy, and the inspiration for their shape was the movement of wool around the spindle. To this playful pasta we decided to add flavors and colors from our favorite vegetables.
Agrozymi’s vegetable fusilli are kneaded with spinach, beetroot, red pepper and cuttlefish ink, and have a shape suitable to hold in an excellent way any kind of sauce. They are ideal for salads, and buffet meals because due to their shape they remain unchanged in texture and taste even if they are consumed after hours. And of course they are loved by children (and moms!) because they enjoy them easily, without getting dirty.
