It is probably one of the oldest pasta in the Mediterranean basin. In ancient Greece, we know that housewives made the “lagano”, a round and thin dough from flour and water, which, after drying out, was crushed with their hands and created a pasta similar to today’s noodles. The vegetable noodles of Agrozymi “steal” flavor and colors from spinach, beetroot, red pepper and cuttlefish ink. They create easy, impressive dishes and are delicious even plain. Enjoy them with a little raw, extra virgin olive oil, or a little fresh butter and freshly grated pepper.
