Ingredients:
Royal organic white Quinoa, chives, green pepper, red pepper, carrot, onion, garlic, cayenne pepper.
Aromatic Tabbouleh with Royal Quinoa & Vegetables:
200 gr. quinoa mixture (1 cup)
3/4 cup chopped tomato
1/2 finely cut parsley
1/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup lemon
3 tablespoons olive oil Salt & freshly ground pepper
Execution:
– Put the mixture with the quinoa in a saucepan with 2 cups of water for 20′ and leave it over low heat until it absorbs the water. Leave for a while until the mixture rises. Add the vegetables, tomato and parsley. Mix the ingredients and drizzle with the dressing. The salad is ideally served cool with baked Arabic pies.
