Description
Ingredients:
Royal organic white Quinoa, ginger, chives, mint, onion, pulbiber.
Salad with Royal Quinoa & Ginger:
200 gr. quinoa mixture (1 cup)
50ml. olive oil juice and zest of a lime
1 full tbsp honey
salt
some broccoli florets
2 ripe avocados cut into cubes
Execution:
– Put the mixture with the quinoa in a saucepan with 1 liter of water, over high heat to boil.
– Boil over medium heat for 15-20 minutes or until well risen.
– While the quinoa is being prepared, prepare a vinaigrette, stirring well with a whisk the juice and zest from the lime, honey, olive oil and salt.
– Mix the cut vegetables with the vinaigrette.
– When the quinoa is ready, strain it and put it in the bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
