Description

Ingredients:
Royal organic white Quinoa, ginger, chives, mint, onion, pulbiber.
Salad with Royal Quinoa & Ginger:
200 gr. quinoa mixture (1 cup)
50ml. olive oil juice and zest of a lime
1 full tbsp honey
salt
some broccoli florets
2 ripe avocados cut into cubes

 

Execution:
Put the mixture with the quinoa in a saucepan with 1 liter of water, over high heat to boil.
Boil over medium heat for 15-20 minutes or until well risen.
While the quinoa is being prepared, prepare a vinaigrette, stirring well with a whisk the juice and zest from the lime, honey, olive oil and salt.
Mix the cut vegetables with the vinaigrette.
When the quinoa is ready, strain it and put it in the bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
