Sauerkraut has its origin in Germany. It is wide spread in USA and North Europe. It is prepared with cabbage and salt, with the natural process of fermentation. A very tasty product, rich in nutrients, the main of which are probiotics, created from the natural fermentation process. It accompanies mainly meat dishes, but also a variety of other dishes.
