Scutch grass, also known as couch grass among other things, is a grass native to most of the eastern hemisphere. It is an invasive species of herb, with hard yellowish roots and blades grey-green in color and slightly flat.

To prepare a couch grass infusion, we add two teaspoons of couch grass root in boiling water and we simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
