In ancient Greece, we know that housewives made the “lagano”, a round and thin dough from flour and water, which, after drying out, was crushed with their hands and created a pasta similar to today’s noodles. Agrozymi noodles have all the flavor of tradition and are made with strictly selected ingredients. Noodles are from pasta that are not drained. They are served along with their mucky juice, hence their current name. Enjoy them with braised rooster, chicken fillets, a feta sauce or plain with a spoonful of yogurt and a little freshly grated pepper.
