Ingredients: triticum diccocum whole-grain wheat flour Greek organic, onion 5%, parsley 2%, carrot 5%, garlic 1%, spice mixture Vegetta, salt.
Materials:
250 gr. barley
400ml meat broth
1/2 glass of white wine
1 large grated tomato
100 gr. feta cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
salt, pepper
Execution:
–Heat the broth.
In a wide pot, heat the oil and fry half the amount of the risotto. Once it gets a little color we also add the rest so that we have two colors.
Stir continuously and lastly add the wine.
Add the tomato and salt.
Slowly pour the hot broth into the risotto and stir.
Once it is ready (about 10-12′), add the pepper, the butter and the feta cheese.
Cover with a towel so that it will not dry and serve it hot.
