The lovely green tea, naturally flavored with jasmine, otherwise called Phoenix Eye, at its best. Flavoured with fresh jasmine flowers and handmade wrapped in ‘pearls’, this excellent green tea is made using old traditional techniques. Like all quality green teas, leaves are harvested in spring.
In summer, when jasmine is at its most aromatic levels, hand-picked jasmine buds are gently joined with green tea. At dusk, they unfold slowly, releasing their aroma during the night, until the tea is perfectly soaked with the intoxicating aroma of jasmine.
