Curry powder is one of the most prominent spice mixes in the Asian cuisine. There are many different types of curry, all with different composition and flavor.
Most curry mixes contain coriander, turmeric, cumin and fenugreek as their base. Different recipes contain ginger, garlic, asafetida, fennel, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg and chili powder.
