Pastitsada mix, also known as spetseriko, is a playful, intensely aromatic spice mix that goes perfectly with red sauces of all kinds.
It is flavored with cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves and enhances the taste and texture of the red sauce they prepare for traditional Corfu food. And the sauce of this food is traditionally thick and slightly spicy, but without producing a strong or persistent burn.
The mixture contains paprika, cinnamon, cloves, parsley, cumin, nutmeg, allspice and salt.
