An all-purpose poultry seasoning blend. Sweet beetroot, coriander, grated mustard, juniper, cumel, marjoram, allspice, nutmeg, tomato, basil and many more spices make up this delicious mixture.
We encourage you to apply it in two layers. Mix a tablespoon of the dried poultry seasoning mix with a tablespoon of butter and stuff under the skin of the bird. Next, rub a generous layer of the poultry seasoning mix and a few good pinches of salt over the top of the skin. Fill with some parsley and lemon and bake as usual. The result will be the tastiest chicken you've ever eaten.
You can also marinate chicken legs and breasts with the mixture overnight and bake the next day.
