Put the mixture with the quinoa in a saucepan with 2 cups of water for 20′ and leave it over low heat until it absorbs the water. Leave for a while until the mixture rises. Add the fruits, tomato and parsley. Mix the ingredients and drizzle with the dressing. The salad is ideally served cool with baked Arabic pies.
